Buying hotel breaks with 40Winks

40Winks offer our members savings of between 50-80% on hotel breaks in the UK and abroad.

How do you get such big savings on hotel breaks?

By bringing together a community of like-minded people interested in purchasing leisure getaways, we can guarantee a hotel a minimum number of bookings, and thereby secure advantageous discounts from them.

Buying a 40Winks voucher

  1. Familiarise yourself with all offer terms.
  2. Once you are happy with your choice, click ‘Buy Now’.
  3. Register, or log in with existing member details
  4. Complete the purchase process

If the hotel break you are buying has ‘Tipped’ (reached the minimum number of sales required to go ahead) payment will be taken immediately.

If the offer has not yet tipped, payment will not be taken.

We will not complete a transaction until the offer you have bought has tipped, we will notify you by email when this has happened.

Book direct using your unique 40Winks code

  1. 24 hours after the closing date, at midnight, you will be sent a voucher containing a unique code.

e.g. If a deal closes on a Tuesday at midnight, the voucher will be sent at midnight on Wednesday, so unless checking emails at this hour you are most likely to see it on the Thursday morning.

  1. To redeem your offer, call the hotel directly using the telephone number on your voucher, mentioning 40Winks and quoting the code.

Do not share the code enclosed in your voucher, if it is redeemed by someone else it will no longer be valid for you to use.

On arrival at your hotel

  1. Ensure you bring an original printed version of your voucher.

Can I book for a specific date?

If you have a specific date in mind for your hotel break, feel free to contact the hotel directly to check availability. However, please note that whilst the hotel might be able to give you some idea of availability, no bookings can be made without a voucher code . This is to ensure that all 40Winks members are treated fairly and equally.

If for any reason you buy a voucher and discover the date you wished to book is no longer available, 40Winks offers a 7 day no quibble refund policy.
